When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfil an order (as we make all our products to order), after which it's shipped out from the fulfilment centres. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Alternatively, you can log in to your account on our website for further details.

Where will my order ship from?

We fulfil all orders through Printful, with fulfilment centres across the US and Europe. Depending on your location, your order will be fulfilled at the closest centre with your item in stock.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us at vandalvibes.team@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

What's your return policy?

We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives in poor condition or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at vandalvibes.team@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. By creating items on demand, we also help reduce the carbon footprint associated with overproduction. 🤘

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised — which includes all products in our store, as each item is printed on demand specifically for you.

This exemption is provided under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is excluded on this basis.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods, which remain fully protected.
